Sutudu.TV, a filmmaker-founded global streaming and distribution platform owned and operated by Sutudu LLC, will make its exhibitor debut at the inaugural TIFF: The Market, taking place September 10–16, 2026, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto.
At the market, Sutudu.TV will seek conversations with filmmakers, content suppliers, rights holders, sales companies and potential distribution partners. The company is seeking completed films, documentaries, scripted and unscripted series, vertical series, culturally specific programming and curated catalogs for potential licensing and distribution conversations.
Sutudu.TV supports transactional, subscription and advertising-supported viewing. Sutudu Cinemas is being developed as a complementary theatrical initiative.

The name Sutudu reflects Sự Tự Do, the Vietnamese phrase for freedom. The company expresses that idea as “Picture Freedom” and uses it to guide a mission centered on creator transparency, control and audience connection.
