Data We Collect

We collect account information (name, email), payment data (processed securely via Stripe), viewing analytics, AI-assisted tool inputs/outputs when those features are used, and viewer-reported tip intent data such as selected amount, rail, film, filmmaker, status, timestamp, user agent, and IP hash. Filmmaker analytics include watch time, engagement metrics, purchase data, campaign performance, and tip intent summaries where applicable.

How We Use Your Data

• Process payments and distribute revenue to filmmakers
• Record viewer-reported direct tip activity for creator feedback, analytics, fraud prevention, and support
• Provide analytics dashboards for filmmakers
• Operate AI-assisted tools, QC reports, recommendations, search, and workflow automation
• Improve platform performance and content recommendations
• Send transactional emails (receipts, payout notifications)

Security

We use encrypted HLS streaming (AES-128), JWT-signed URLs, and industry-standard security practices. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
