Terms of service for using the Sutudu platform and Sutudu.TV streaming service.
By using Sutudu.com or Sutudu.TV, you agree to these terms of service. Sutudu provides film distribution and streaming services for filmmakers and viewers. Filmmakers retain full ownership of their content at all times — Sutudu is a distribution platform only.
Filmmakers grant Sutudu a non-exclusive license to distribute content on Sutudu.TV per the chosen monetization model. Revenue splits are determined by your subscription tier at the time of film submission. Quarterly payouts are processed with a $25 minimum threshold. Eligible films may also use direct creator tips through external rails such as Venmo or PayPal; Sutudu records viewer-reported tip intent data for analytics and support but does not process, settle, refund, or verify those external payments.
Sutudu may use platform content and related promotional materials in Sutudu-branded marketing and approved sponsor, advertiser, or brand partner programs, both on and off the platform. This does not transfer ownership of content or create a personal creator endorsement unless separately approved or permitted. Sutudu may also provide AI-assisted and automated tools; outputs must be independently reviewed and are not legal, financial, clearance, or distribution advice.
Viewers may rent, purchase, or stream content per the availability settings chosen by each filmmaker. TVOD purchases grant personal viewing rights. Content may not be redistributed, recorded, or shared without authorization.
